Returning Sharpened Knives

Accurate will ship your knives
and/or scissors back to you normally via USPS Priority
Mail.
Please assure that the post office will deliver to your shipping
address.
The following additions are included:

Items must not be insured for more than their value.
The amount of insurance coverage for loss will be
the actual value, less depreciation. No claim payments
are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses
incurred as a result of the loss. IF YOU DO NOT SELECT
INSURANCE, THE POSTAL SERVICE AND ACCURATE WILL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR LOST SHIPMENTS.
This option requires a signature when delivery is made.
If no one is available to sign for shipment, you will
have to pick up at Post office. Should you not select
this option, you are acknowledging liability if delivery
is documented by the USPS but you did not receive shipment
USPS Priority Mail shipments are
not considered lost by our postal service until thirty
days from mailing. The procedure for filing a lost claim
for these shipments is: Notify Accurate after two weeks
of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post
office to determine if any information can be obtained
about your shipment. If you still have not received your
shipment at thirty days Accurate will file a lost claim
and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have
the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship
your order. Accurate will not able to honor claims registered
outside the dates stated above. You must contact us within
20 days of being notified your package was shipped.
Please package your knives so as to assure they do not
protrude through the packaging during transit. USE ADEQUATE
PACKAGING !
